The rules that apply when you browse, post, communicate, or transact through BestMilega Homes.
Marketplace role
BestMilega Homes helps tenants discover rental options and helps providers manage listings, requirements, offers, and visits. We are not the owner, landlord, tenant, broker, or party to a rental agreement unless expressly stated. Listing publication, badges, or sponsored placement is not a guarantee of identity, title, condition, availability, or suitability.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service only for lawful rental activity. Do not impersonate others, scrape the platform, send spam, bypass access controls, submit misleading listings, discriminate unlawfully, demand unsafe advance payments, or use contact details outside their permitted purpose.
Rental decisions and safety
Verify the property, provider identity, applicable documents, total cost, rental terms, and payment recipient before committing. Do not pay a token or advance merely because a listing appears on the platform. Report suspicious activity through Report a listing.
Paid visibility
Sponsored placement may affect where a listing appears and will be labelled. Payment for visibility does not buy verification, approval, a lead, a visit, or a completed tenancy. Current Razorpay Test Mode transactions are simulations and carry no monetary value.
Content and enforcement
You keep ownership of content you submit but allow BestMilega Homes to host, display, resize, and use it to operate and promote the relevant listing. We may restrict, remove, or preserve content and suspend accounts when needed for safety, policy compliance, legal requests, or platform integrity.
Availability and liability
The service may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, BestMilega Homes is not responsible for independent acts of users, offline property conditions, or agreements made outside the platform. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Support and updates
Use the Help Centre for product guidance or authenticated support. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
