Mobile OTP delivery is pending telecom template-chain approval. Until it is active, public login may not deliver an OTP; internal test profiles remain available only in the protected test environment.

Payment help
Razorpay Test Mode does not move real money. If a test transaction is interrupted, return to provider visibility and check the payment status before retrying. Real billing will be activated only after production payment credentials and policies are approved.
