Privacy policy
How BestMilega Homes handles information when tenants and property providers use the platform.
Information we collect
We may collect your mobile number, name, role, profile preferences, rental requirements, saved properties, messages, visit requests, support conversations, and provider listing details. Provider verification may later include identity or property evidence once secure document storage is enabled.
When you use the service, we also receive technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, timestamps, security events, and page activity needed to operate and protect the platform.
Payments
Payments for visibility products are processed by Razorpay. BestMilega Homes receives payment identifiers, status, amount, and related transaction metadata; it does not store full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. The current payment flow uses Razorpay Test Mode and does not move real money.
How we use information
- Provide search, requirements, offers, visits, listings, and account services.
- Match tenant requirements with relevant provider inventory.
- Review listings, prevent fraud and misuse, and resolve support requests.
- Measure service quality and communicate important account or transaction updates.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace: between tenants and providers at the appropriate stage of a request, with service providers such as hosting, messaging, and payment processors, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the service, safety, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access controls, encrypted transport, and audit records are used where supported, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can update many profile and communication settings from your account. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the authenticated Support Centre. Deletion may be limited where records must be kept for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
Children and changes
The service is intended for adults who can enter rental arrangements. We may update this policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change; the effective date will be updated here.
