Authority to list
You must have lawful authority to advertise and arrange visits for every property or unit you submit. Declare whether you are an owner, manager, operator, or broker and disclose all brokerage or service charges accurately.
Accurate and current inventory
Provide accurate location, rent, deposit, recurring charges, move-in costs, rules, amenities, occupancy, and availability. Update vacancy promptly, remove unavailable inventory, and do not advertise the same unit under misleading variations.
Photos and documents
Only upload media and documents you are authorised to use. Photos must represent the relevant property or be clearly labelled illustrative. Do not upload unrelated personal information. Evidence submission does not transfer ownership and does not guarantee approval.
Leads, offers, and visits
Use tenant requirements and contact details only to respond to the stated housing need. Do not resell leads, spam users, switch the offered property without disclosure, or pressure users into unsafe payments. Honour confirmed visit details or update them promptly.
Sponsored visibility
Sponsored placement is a visibility tool, not a verification badge or endorsement. Placement may depend on relevance, location, quality, freshness, policy status, and campaign configuration. Test Mode payments do not create a real commercial entitlement.
Review and enforcement
Listings may require review before publication. BestMilega Homes may request changes, pause distribution, remove duplicates, expire stale inventory, or suspend access for inaccurate, risky, or prohibited activity.
