How to track an order

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'View detail ' link. .

How do I know my order is confirmed?

We'll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order. You can also check your order by My Orders page.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Shipped" state. To cancel, please wisite your My order page there you can see cancle button on right side of your order.We will send you a sms or email after cancleing your order.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

You can change your delivery address before it is packed and ready for dispatch.To change your delivery address send mail to us with your order id.

How can I return/replace an item?

You are able to return or replace your order after its delivered to you.For return wisite your My order Page and click on return button on right. Afetr return conformation you will be able to see your return order on return tab on same page.

what i do if my order is not deliverd to me?

If your order is not deliverd to you so plaeas send us a email to info@bestmilega.com with your order id or tracking id.

Delivery

What if my package is opened/tampered with?

If you feel that your package was opened/tampered with, please don't accept delivery. Please send mail to us with your order id.

The order status is 'Delivered' but I have not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. If no one accepted delivery, then send us mail with your order id.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the Courier Executive carries a swiping machine.

Refund

When can I expect refund for my returned item?

Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund. - For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount. - For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

If you cancelled the order before shipment, we would start the refund almost immediately. Incase you cancelled the order after shipment, it might take upto 6 days to initiate the refund.
