Return Policy

Bestmilega.com provides 7 days to apply for a replacement & refund. Your time will be count after you received your product. You have 7 days (from delivery date) to make up your mind otherwise you can not apply for a refund or replacement as per Bestmilega.com replacement & refund policy.
A. following conditions is apply for replacement & refund.

1. Product is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged.
2. Has missing parts or accessories.
3. Is different from what was ordered.
4. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

B. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

C. Women's Intimate Apparel and Men's Innerwear labeled as non-returnable.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us. After checking Product by our expert refund is to be given in next 7 days in bank working hours

Note:- If we not received any kind of request for return. It means you are happy with your order and then you are not eligible for this request.

Shipping

1. Just go to your order and click on return button we will arrange pickup within Four working days .
2. pack your order with their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you

NOTE: Incase we don’t receive your product with its orignal condition Your return request would be cancelled.and product will return to you

Time For Processing

1. After receiving the product, our expert will see it as our approval rule which we have mentioned under the second title.
2. If your request for the replacement, the next day we will send the right product at the customer’s given address after inspectors positive result. But if the request about for a refund then the refundable amount will be directly sent to the customer’s bank account within 48 hrs. After getting positive report by inspection experts.

Note:- All this work will be done in office days and bank working days. Delivery of time may be late due to post or courier processing.
Note:- If the product does not fulfill our return policy which is mentioned above in that condition product will not refund or replaced.we will send that product back to you. And the charge will not be a refund of return or replacement process.
